Lucia Joyce is a bicoastal dancer, actor and writer with 15 years of experience in theatre, concert, and commercial dance. A small town kid from Alberta, Canada, Lucia started out in the Vancouver contemporary dance scene with companies like Josh Beamish's MOVE: the company and the 605 Collective, before moving on to cruise ships, regional theatre, national/international tours, and off Broadway companies. Her favorite credits include: Carmen in Sweet Charity choreographed by Kathleen Marshall, ensemble in the 42nd Street National Tour, commercials for Heineken/H&R Block, and multiple roles/tours with iLuminate's full length off Broadway work: Artist of Light. Lucia is a new member and dance captain for the women-run theatre company: Beating of Wings, and can be seen in the ensemble of James Chiao's production of Tenor By Night this spring.
