Hey, LA-based dancers! Want to see some dance, but budget is tight? (Life is hard, amiright?)

Well Culver City, CA may be your answer. They are celebrating their centennial this year, and have created 1988: Art In Public Places. It's a series of events taking place throughout the summer that showcase the art they have placed in historically significant places around the city, as well as highlighting their performing arts grant program and local company Heidi Duckler Dance Theatre.

Heidi Duckler is known for creating interesting and fresh dance in non-traditional spaces, and they will be presenting a program of works that will be performed throughout the Culver City area. And they're all free!
