At Beat Box Dance Academy, we believe hip-hop is more than dance—it's a tool for confidence, creativity, teamwork, and self-expression.
Every week, we bring high-energy hip-hop programs to elementary schools throughout California, helping students discover their voice while learning authentic movement and having fun. If you love kids, love dance, and want to make a real impact, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Teach engaging hip-hop classes using BBDA curriculum and lesson plans
• Create a fun, safe, and encouraging classroom environment
• Inspire students ages 5-10 through movement and creativity
• Lead students toward an end-of-session performance or showcase
• Communicate professionally with school staff and the BBDA team
• Arrive prepared and on time for every class
• Attend occasional staff trainings and meetings
