Rand Productions is pleased to announce casting for female precision dancers, Male lead vocalists/hosts, and Santa Claus in "Christmas in the Air," performing this Christmas at MGM’s Beau Rivage, in Biloxi, MS.
Production Info
Rehearsals: November 18- December 10, 2026 on-site at the MGM Beau Rivage in Biloxi, MS.
Runs: December 12- 27, 2026 (14 show days, 24 performances).
Dark days: At least 2 (likely 3) during rehearsals and Monday’s are dark during show’s run.
Return travel: December 28th or 29th, 2026 or January 2nd or 3rd, 2027 (If cast in NYE Corporate Event)
New Year’s Eve Special Corporate Event:
Days off: December 28th
Rehearses December 29th-31st (shorter days);
Event is Dec. 31st evening
Compensation/Fee
“Tinsel-Toe” dancers:
- Rehearsals- $1,200 total for rehearsal period
- $1,300 per show week x 2 weeks plus $216.66 per day x 2 days = $3,033.32
- Total pay (including $60 shoe rental) = $4,293.33
- New Year’s Eve Corporate Event: $500 Additional total pay for rehearsals and event (if cast for this add’l event).
Male lead vocalists/hosts:
- Rehearsals- $1,200 total for rehearsal period
- $1,400 per show week x 2 weeks plus $233.33 per day x 2 days = $3,266.66
- Total pay = $4,466.66
Santa Claus:
- Rehearsals- $1,200 total for rehearsal period
- $1,300 per show week x 2 weeks plus $216.66 per day x 2 days = $3,033.32
- Total pay = $4,233.32
Round trip travel (from NYC), first-class accommodations at the Beau Rivage [double occupancy], and 3 FREE meals per day included. General resort privileges (e.g., resort pool, fitness center, discounts, etc.). Biweekly pay schedule.
Requirements
All performers must be 21+ years of age by the start of rehearsals.
Styles
Roles
- Featured Dancers (female): Must be 5’7" and above barefoot with healthy very fit physiques. Seeking highly-trained technical dancers with professional excellence in ballet, jazz, precision, kicks, tap and musical theatre techniques. Show-stopping performance quality and individuality within a classic precision line as well as a show stopping Broadway style tap number are required. This show features a line of stunning precision dancers known as the magical "Tinsel Toes" that are showcased throughout the production. MUST tap. Singing a plus, but not by all.
- Male lead vocalists/hosts: Seeking experienced dynamic vocalists with strong voices, great charisma and cheerful attitudes. Strong movers with the ability to dance (and tap) are preferred, but not required. We are looking for exceptional vocalists who have the ability to connect with an audience and exude genuine warmth and grace on stage. Vocal styles include pop, musical theatre, and gospel.
- Santa Claus: Seeking highly-trained musical theatre singer/actor (that can move very well). Must exude Santa’s warmth and jolly personality, with a strong deep speaking tone and baritone/bari-tenor vocal range. Above average mover with tap experience is a plus, but not required.
