Oriental Land Company (OLC), in association with Disney Parks Live Entertainment is seeking Dancers for incredible live entertainment opportunities at Tokyo Disneyland® and Tokyo DisneySea®, including “Mickey’s Magical Music World” and an exciting unannounced NEW OFFERING!
Compensation/Fee
Contracts begin early 2027 and performers receive competitive performance fee, plus a monetary supplement for living expenses, round trip travel, private apartments (provided free of charge), 5-day work weeks, and the chance to experience one of the world’s most fascinating and vibrant cities.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- We strongly encourage performers of all ethnicities and cultural backgrounds to attend.
- Must be willing to relocate to Japan for the duration of the contract.
- All performers must be fluent in English.
- All height requirements are strictly adhered to.

Roles
Mickey’s Magical Music World
Ballet/Jazz Dancers for both ensemble roles and to portray classic Disney characters featured in Mickey’s Magical Music World, the flagship theatre show at Tokyo Disneyland®.
- Male-identifying: 5’6” - 6’0” (169cm - 183cm) and Female-identifying: 5’2”-5’7” (158cm - 174cm)
- Performers must be trained in both ballet and jazz with exceptional stage presence and dynamic performance ability, along with a strong acting ability. (Contract term is approximately 14 months in length)
NEW OFFERING
This Broadway-level spectacle set to open in 2027 will deliver a variety of music genres, including some classics with a contemporary twist, all performed with live vocals and musicians also featuring a cast of beloved Disney characters and dancers.
Ballet/Jazz Dancers: Male-identifying and Female-identifying dancers of all heights welcomed. Candidates should be well-trained dancers in various genres as well as possessing a strong aptitude or experience with one of these specialized additional skills: Hoofing (tap dance) and/or Lindy Hop (or similar partnering style).
