We're casting charismatic, high-energy performers to join our elite event entertainment team for luxury weddings, corporate events, galas, mitzvahs, and private celebrations throughout the NYC area.

As a Motivational Dancer/Event Performer, you'll work alongside our DJs and MCs to energize the dance floor, interact with guests, and help create an incredible party atmosphere. This is a performance-based role where personality, confidence, and stage presence matter just as much as dance ability.
We're looking for performers who naturally command attention, connect with people, and bring contagious energy to every event.
Typical event length: Approximately 4 hours
Compensation/Fee
Starting pay: $350 per event + tips
Our regular performers typically earn $400–$600+ per event
This is a freelance, non-contract position with opportunities for consistent weekend bookings for outstanding performers.
Requirements
- Dancers, actors, models, cheerleaders, performers, or entertainers
- Confident, polished, and camera-ready with a professional appearance
- Naturally outgoing and comfortable engaging with guests of all ages
- Excellent movers with strong rhythm and performance ability
- Positive, reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to perform in front of large crowds with enthusiasm and confidence
- Available on weekends
Professional dance training is a plus, but it is not required. We care most about exceptional energy, charisma, stage presence, and the ability to keep a crowd excited and engaged.
