Jessica Walker recently closed out another season as a dancer of the Radio City Spectacular ensemble. Here is how she successfully kept her performances feeling fresh and new every time:

Jessica: "For me this previous year, especially with Covid and not being able to dance the same way in the past, it was just such a gift to be back on stage. The view of the audience in the theater was absolutely stunning. I might argue that I had a better view than the audience!

I got to perform and it made me smile from my heart. I know it’s corny but it’s so true. I soaked up every moment, since you never know when it could be your last year with the show. I made it an intention to be present in every performance and in the experience. I just wanted to make sure that I enjoyed each moment of being on stage. We danced so hard in the show, and it was so rewarding. When you made it through your 16 show week, you felt like a warrior -- it’s a true sense of accomplishment. I am now more aware of how grateful I am to be able to dance and to still be able to pursue this career at an older age."
