A warm welcome to Hai Cohen (not pronounced "hi"), who is bringing his extensive dance knowledge and expertise from Israel to wherever you are! Upon discovering his passion for dance through touring with noted Israeli folk dance company Aylot Anegov, Cohen went on to pave his incredible career path with world renowned concert dance companies.
From studying with Batsheva Dance Company, to being a member of Kamea Contemporary Dance Company, Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company, and more recently, Los Angeles-based dance company BODYTRAFFIC, Cohen has a lot to share through his classes. His teaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of allowing dancers to develop their own unique, artistic voices -- a perspective he is bringing into his ballet classes.
