Eagle Flow
This exercise doesn't make travel easy, so your plié and your core have to do the work of taking up space. A step out of the turn gets you moving right away, and the torso ripples from your head to your legs as your hands knock behind your head.
Halfway through comes a floor trick: sit, hands pressed into the floor, kick the legs up and twist them over to switch sides. Momentum makes it easier. A fouetté arabesque jump ends the phrase.
