Glissade
This ballet basics lesson on the glissade, which means glide, is about low, smooth travel. The working foot slides out along the floor and the other foot follows it back into fifth, so the step stays low and smooth.
The class repeats it travelling forward through fourth. Count it as three small actions, and let the glide carry you.
