Airgliding
Two gliding footwork steps make up this short drill, played with timing and texture. Two glides create the illusion that you've air-glided into position by shifting your weight while the foot skims the surface.
The first starts on the tip of one foot, hands relatively planted, with the heel aiming behind the leg and a slide to a relevé, like an airplane that stops short at the end. The second glides behind you, crossing front, then behind. Both then link into a short sequence with a hold.
