This combination has 3 sections, lengthy, isolation, and dance section. Best if approached like chapters. First chapter is lengthening to the max through steps, 2nd chapter is about swiftly moving through isolation choreography and weight changes, last sections challenge is to let the moves pour out without restrictions, to look free while in total control.
About the instructor
Leo began training under San Francisco Ballet with full scholarship, and attended/graduated from School of the Arts SF. He then started his professional career at age 15 as a back up dancer & performing for contemporary companies. For TV/Film/music videos, he danced along artists such as Paula Abdul (American idol), MØ, Nick Jonas, Jonsi, Jackie Chan to name a few. As an instructor, Leo toured & guest taught for LADM, Hollywood Vibe, ihollywood and other national dance conventions. Getting certification in Yoga instructing has lead him to pursuit of educating the importance of proper alignment and how to execute stylized movement without harming the body. He is currently teaching internationally and for dance centers in LA, he also assists film choreographers/directors for knowledge behind the scenes which is constantly evolving.read more
