This full body warm-up will get your body lengthened, elongated and strong. Proper alignment is emphasized to strengthen muscles, support joints, and encourage flexibility. Expect isolations, lunging, bending, ending with floor stretches. You'll also spend some time on ab work to strengthen the core.
