Isolation Work
An isolation exercise that moves one part at a time through the neck, chest and knees, each on its own while the rest of the body stays put.
Plant your feet and bend your knees so only the working part moves. Neck work comes first: chicken head forward and back, side to side, then in circles. Go for as many chins as you can.
The chest only goes up, with an inhale on every hit. Knee pops finish it.
