This past week, our nation came together to mourn on the fifteenth anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks. And each year, since 2011, dancers have come together at New York’s Lincoln Center to perform a moving a powerful tribute to those lost. The 9/11 Table of Silence Project, choreographed by Jacqulyn Buglisi alongside Italian visual artist Rossella Vasta, culminates in a moment of silence at 8:46 am, the exact moment the first plane hit the World Trade Center. The work is a beautiful call for world peace. We will never forget.
