It seems like a day doesn’t go by without hearing about another one of Misty Copeland’s amazing accomplishments. And today, we have another one for you! Misty recently announced on Instagram that she will star in Disney’s upcoming live-action version of The Nutcracker, called The Nutcracker and the Four Realms. Details are limited so far - what we do know is that it will be based on the original 1816 E.T.A.Hoffmann short story “Nutcracker and Mouse King,” and that Misty will play the lead ballerina role.
