DancePlug Inc. (“DancePlug”, “we,” “our,” and “us”) uses selected third-party companies to help with the operations of its business and “Website” (www.danceplug.com), such as payment processing, analytics, information processing and management (e.g., to facilitate our targeted advertising and marketing efforts), account management, hosting, customer and technical support, marketing, advertising, and other services.
When you use third-party apps, websites or other products integrated with our Services (as defined in our Privacy Policy), they may collect information about your activities subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Third-party services we use to collect and share information include:
Airtable (provided by Formagrid, Inc.), a cloud collaboration service. We use Airtable to compile survey responses, as well as audition and event listings to be published on the Website.

- Without this service, we wouldn’t be able to gather feedback to better our Services and receive the information you would like us to share on the Website.

AWS (provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc), a hosting and backend service. We use this service to send you messages, such as our newsletter, promotional offers, service updates, and other news.
- Information collected: Personal Information, including account name, email address, and country.
- Without this service, you wouldn’t be able to receive our newsletter and other news communications.
- Place of processing: United States (Privacy Policy)
Cloudflare (provided by Cloudflare, Inc), a traffic optimization and distribution service. The way Cloudflare is integrated means that it filters all the traffic through the Website, i.e., communication between the Website and your browser, while also allowing analytical data from the Website to be collected.

- Without this service, we wouldn’t be able to monitor DDoS attacks and secure our traffic to the Website.

Disqus (provided by Big Heads Labs Inc.), a hosted discussion board solution that enables DancePlug to add a commenting feature to the Website content.

- Without this service, users and visitors wouldn’t be able to comment and share their opinion on the Website’s content.

Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC), a browser and mobile analytics service. This service use Data Collection Tools to help us analyze your use of the Services, including information like the third-party website you arrive from, how often you visit, events within the Services, usage and performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We use this information to improve the Services, better understand how the Services perform on different devices, and provide information that may be of interest to you.

- Google may use the information collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Google reCAPTCHA (provided by Google LLC), a SPAM protection service provided by Google Inc. This type of service analyzes the traffic of this Website, potentially containing your information, with the purpose of filtering it from parts of traffic, messages and content that are recognized as SPAM.

Google Fonts, a typeface visualization service that allows us to incorporate content of this kind on the Website pages. This service is provided by Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited, depending on the location the Website is accessed from.

JWPlayer (provided by LongTail Ad Solutions, Inc.), a video content visualization. We use the JWPlayer video player to display our online dance tutorials. This service collects information such as metrics, which lets us know how many times a tutorial has been viewed, how much of it has been played.

SumoMe (provided by Sumo Group Inc). By registering for DancePlug’s newsletter, your email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning the Services. Your email address might also be added to this list as a result of signing up and making a purchase on the Website.
- Information collected: Personal Information such as name and email address.
- Without this service, we wouldn’t be able to collect your email and provide you with news, content release, and other information pertaining to our Services.

Stripe (provided by Stripe Inc), a payment processor service. We use Stripe to process your payments for our Services by credit card or other means, manage your billing account and subscriptions, and respond to disputes. To ensure greater security, we only share the information necessary to execute the transaction with the financial intermediaries handling the transaction. Stripe will also send you messages, such as emails containing invoices, or notifications concerning renewals, failed transactions or cancelations.

Zendesk (provided by Zendesk Inc), a support and contact request management service. We use Zendesk to facilitate response to support questions received via email.

- Without this service, we wouldn’t be able to receive and reply to your requests, and monitor their progress and resolve.

Definitions
Personal Information. Any information that directly, indirectly, or in connection with other information — including a personal identification number — allows for the identification or identifiability of a natural person.
Usage Data. Information collected automatically through the Website (or third-party services employed in this Website), which can include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the Users who use the Website, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page within the Website) and the details about the path followed within the Website with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User's IT environment.
User. The individual accessing or using the Website. User is also referred as “you”or “your”.
Tracker. Tracker indicates any technology - e.g Cookies, unique identifiers, web beacons, embedded scripts, e-tags and fingerprinting - that enables the tracking of Users, for example by accessing or storing information on the User’s device.
Website. The means by which the Personal Information of the User is collected and processed. The Website is owned and operated by DancePlug, Inc.
Services. The services provided by DancePlug Inc. as described on this Website.
